I was in pain for five years. The pain was in the lower back and I had numbness in my upper left leg. I have been through MRI exams, Physical Therapy, and medication (Celebrex). I have been struggling for a long time with this problem, even at work. I would have to bend over and lean on a table to get relief because standing was causing terrible pain. I have been carrying mail for the past 11 years and I also do construction all summer. Believe me, my work has taken a toll on my back, legs, and feet.
